STK16 (PKL12) is a serine/threonine kinase that functions in signal transduction pathways and transcriptional regulation. Protein kinase that act on both serine and threonine residues. STK16 may regulate transforming growth factor-beta (Tgfb) and vascular endothelial growth factor transcription.
