STK19 Antibody (PA5-76226) in WB
Western blot analysis of STK19 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with STK19 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76226) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per Lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

Its specific function is unknown; it is possible that phosphorylation of this protein is involved in transcriptional regulation. This gene localizes to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region on chromosome 6 and expresses two transcript variants.
