STX12 Antibody (PA5-118288) in WB
Western Blot using STX12 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118288) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Hela Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: 293T Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 32 kDa. Observed band size: 34 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).
