Lyophilized antibody can be stored at -20°C for up to 3 years. Re-constituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for several days to weeks. Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
For reconstitution add 50 µL of sterile water.

UNC84A and UNC84B are inner nuclear membrane proteins of the LINC complex that anchor SUN domain proteins and connect the nucleus to the cytoskeleton via KASH partners across the nuclear envelope. They help position nuclei, transmit mechanical signals, and influence chromatin organization, gene expression, and development. In plants and algae, SUN like and KASH like systems perform analogous roles even if UNC84 nomenclature is more common in animals. Perturbation of UNC84A or UNC84B disrupts nuclear morphology, movement, and mechanotransduction, leading to defects in growth, differentiation, and stress responses.
