Septin 3 Antibody (PA5-144067) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Septin 3 in SiHa cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in Septin 3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144067) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. This gene belongs to the septin family of GTPases. Members of this family are required for cytokinesis. Expression is upregulated by retinoic acid in a human teratocarcinoma cell line. The specific function of this gene has not been determined. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
