Synapsin II Antibody (PA5-117446) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Synapsin II in 4% paraformaldehyde (RT, 15 min) fixed DIV10 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells (Green: Synapsin II, Red: Tau). Samples was incubated in Synapsin II polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117446) using a dilution of 1:500, followed by DAPI.
