Syntaxin 3 Antibody (PA5-31208) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of Syntaxin 3 was performed in DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neurons fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Syntaxin 3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5 31208) diluted at 1:500. Red: beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 antibody. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

Target Information
The gene is a member of the syntaxin family. The encoded protein is targeted to the apical membrane of epithelial cells where it forms clusters and is important in establishing and maintaining polarity necessary for protein trafficking involving vesicle fusion and exocytosis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
