THAP3 Antibody (PA5-88849) in WB
Western blot analysis of THAP3 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with THAP3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88849) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

THAP3 (THAP domain-containing protein 3) is a 239 amino acid protein that contains one THAP-type zinc finger and exists as three alternatively spliced isoforms. The gene that encodes THAP3 contains roughly 10,721 bases and maps to human chromosome 1p36.31. Spanning about 260 million base pairs and comprising nearly 8% of the human genome, chromosome 1 is the largest human chromosome.
