TKS4 Antibody (A303-436A) in IP
Detection of human TKS4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TKS4 antibody (Product # A303-436A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TKS4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TKS4 antibody A303-437A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TKS4, A303-437A was used at 1 µg/mL,. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Acts as an organizer protein that allows NOX1- or NOX3-dependent reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and ROS localization. Plays a role in mitotic clonal expansion during the immediate early stage of adipocyte differentiation.
