TMBIM4 Antibody (PA5-104271) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TMBIM4 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with TMBIM4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104271) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
TMBIM4 is an anti-apoptotic protein which can inhibit apoptosis induced by intrinsic and extrinsic apoptotic stimuli. It can modulate both capacitative Ca2+ entry and inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate (IP3)-mediated Ca2+ release.
