TPI1 Antibody (A303-754A) in WB
Detection of human TPI1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 µg), HEK293T (T; 50 µg) and Jurkat (J; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TPI1 antibody (Product # A303-754A) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

This gene encodes an enzyme, consisting of two identical proteins, which catalyzes the isomerization of glyceraldehydes 3-phosphate and dihydroxy-acetone phosphate in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis. Mutations in this gene are associated with triosephosphate isomerase deficiency. Pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 1, 4, 6 and 7. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
