TRF4-1 Antibody (PA1-41470) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TRF4-1 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with TRF4-1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41470) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL overnight at 4°C followed by anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a dilution of 1:1,000 dilution for 60 minutes. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.

TRF4-1 is a nuclear protein whose expression is cell cycle-regulated at a post-transcriptional level. Two genes, TRF4-1 and TRF4-2, belonging to this family have been identified. TRF4 is also required to maintain a different aspect of higher order chromosome structure, sister chromatid cohesion.
