TRHDE Antibody (PA5-47429) in WB
Western blot analysis of TRHDE in SH‚SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and embryonic rat brain hippocampal glial . Samples were incubated in TRHDE polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47429) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for TRH-degrading Ectoenzyme/TRHDE at approximately 125 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
