TROP2 Antibody (MA569260) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical analysis of TROP2 in MCF7 cells. Samples were incubated with TROP2 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA569260) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:500 (Red).The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb using dilution of 1:400. Followed by incubation with 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:500 (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue).

TROP2 is a carcinoma-associated antigen defined by the monoclonal antibody GA733. This antigen is a member of a family including at least two type I membrane proteins. It transduces an intracellular calcium signal and acts as a cell surface receptor. Mutations of its gene result in gelatinous drop-like corneal dystrophy, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by severe corneal amyloidosis leading to blindness.
