TRPC7 Antibody (PA5-80190) in WB
Western blot analysis of TRPC7 in Lane 1: mouse brain tissue lysate, Lane 2: A549 whole cell lysate, Lane 3: COLO320 whole cell lysate, Lane 4: SKOV whole cell lysate using 40-50 µg per well. Sample was incubated with TRPC7 (Product # PA5-80190) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL.

TRPC7 is thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel. TRPC7 is probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. TRPC7 is also activated by diacylglycerol (DAG). Further, TRPC7 may also be activated by intracellular calcium store depletion.
