TSPYL1 Antibody (PA5-51264) in WB
Western Blot analysis of TSPYL1 was performed using Mouse brain tissue. The membrane was probed with TSPYL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51264) using 1:200 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1:8,000 dilution. Exposure time: 2 minutes.

The protein encoded by this gene is found in the nucleolus and is similar to that of a family of genes on the Y-chromosome. This gene is intronless. Defects in this gene are a cause of sudden infant death with dysgenesis of the testes syndrome (SIDDT).
