TWF1/PTK9 Antibody (A305-278A) in WB
Detection of human TWF1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TWF1 antibody (Product # A305-278A) (lot A305-278A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

This gene encodes twinfilin, an actin monomer-binding protein conserved from yeast to mammals. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this protein may be an actin monomer-binding protein, and its localization to cortical G-actin-rich structures may be regulated by the small GTPase RAC1.
