Torsin 1A Antibody (PA5-76037) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Torsin 1A in paraffin-embedded human normal breast tissue. Samples were incubated with Torsin 1A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76037) using a dilution of 1:200. Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Mutations in this gene result in the autosomal dominant disorder, torsion dystonia 1.
