UBE2Z Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. U-138 mg were transfected with, control siRNA, UBE2Z siRNA (probe #1), and UBE2Z siRNA (probe #2) and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using anti-UBE2Z Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-52486) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/mL.
