UBXN4 Antibody (A305-635A-T) in WB
Detection of human UBXN4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBXN4 antibody A305-635A-M (lot A305-635A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

MAFA is a transcription factor that binds RIPE3b, a conserved enhancer element that regulates pancreatic beta cell-specific expression of the insulin gene. MAFA cooperates synergistically with NEUROD1 and PDX1. Phosphorylation by GSK3 increases its transcriptional activity and is required for its ocogenic activity. Serves as an ocogene or tumor supressor depending on the cell context.
