Western blot analysis of UGI in recombinant protein using a dilution of 1:2,000. Samples were incubated with UGI polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144524). Secondary: Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG at 1:50,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 36.1 kDa. Observed band size: 38 kDa.
