UQCRH Antibody (PA5-51310) in WB
Western Blot analysis of UQCRH was performed using Mouse heart tissue. The membrane was probed with UQCRH Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51310) using 1:200 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1:8,000 dilution. Exposure time: 15 seconds.

This is a component of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (complex III or cytochrome b-c1 complex), which is part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. This protein may mediate formation of the complex between cytochromes c and c1.
