USP2 Antibody (PA5-48091) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of USP2 in immersion fixed NIH‚3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. Samples were incubated in USP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48091) using a dilution of 0.3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

The disassembly process is mediated by ubiquitin-specific proteases (USPs).
