VCAM-1 Antibody (PA5-47029) in WB
Western blot analysis of VCAM-1 lysates of C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line and 3T3-L1 mouse embryonic fibroblast adipose-like cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for VCAM-1/CD106 at approximately 116 kDa (as indicated) using 1 µg/mL VCAM-1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47029) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
