Western blot analysis of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis Virus NSP3 in 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 10% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis Virus NSP3 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47071) using a dilution of 1:50,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
