WNT9A Antibody (MA5-23672) in Flow
Flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line was stained with mouse Anti-human Wnt-9a Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-23672) or isotype control antibodyopen histogram.To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I.
