West Nile Virus Capsid Protein C Antibody (MA573922) in WB
Western blot analysis of West Nile Virus Capsid Protein C in non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 15% SDS-PAGE, incubated with West Nile Virus Capsid Protein C Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA573922) at a dilution of 1:5,000 and detected with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody.

WNV C prot.ein interaction with host lipid structures, essential for viral replication, is most relevant for future drug design.
