ZDHHC6 Antibody (PA5-113325) in WB
Western blot analysis of ZDHHC6 in multiple sample types using a ZDHHC6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113325) at a dilution of 1:2,000. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000. Sample types that were tested include: NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate, HL-60 whole cell lysate, and RAW264.7 whole cell lysate.

Mediates palmitoylation of AMFR, promoting AMFR distribution to the peripheral endoplasmic reticulum (PubMed:22728137).
