ZNF318/TZF Antibody (A301-545A) in IP
Detection of human ZNF318/TZF by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZNF318/TZF antibody (Product # A301-545A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. ZNF318/TZF was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZNF318/TZF antibody A301-546A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ZNF318/TZF, A301-546A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
