ZNRD1 Antibody (PA5-103795) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded ZNRD1 in human brain tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with ZNRD1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103795) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

This gene encodes a DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit. The encoded protein contains two potential zinc-binding motifs and may play a role in regulation of cell proliferation. The encoded protein may be involved in cancer and human immunodeficiency virus progression. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
