Western blot analysis of c-Kit (D816V Mutant) in non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (50 µg) separated by 5% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with c-Kit (D816V Mutant) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143384) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
