Immunohistochemistry analysis of eIF4G with paraffin-embedded Mouse intestine tissue. The tissue was incubated with eIF4G Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57938) using a 1:900 dilution (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0) prior to staining.
