iASPP Antibody (A301-737A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse iASPP by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (50, 15, 5 µg), HeLa (50, 15 µg), and mouse NIH 3T3 (50 µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-iASPP antibody (Product # A301-737A) (lot A301-737A-2) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
