Detection of human p190RhoGEF by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 µg), HEK293T (50 µg), and Jurkat (50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-p190RhoGEF antibody (Product # A303-930A) (lot A303-930A-1) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

The encoded protein interacts with low molecular weight neurofilament mRNA and may be involved in the formation of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis neurofilament aggregates. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
