Separation of RAJI cells stained using anti-human CD77 (38.13) PE Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44106), 10 µL reagent per million cells in 100 µL of cell suspension (red-filled) from RAJI cells stained using mouse IgG1 isotype control (MOPC-21) APC antibody (concentration in sample 5 µg/mL, same as CD77 PE concentration, black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of RAJI cell suspension.

This antibody recognizes CD77 (globotriaosylceramide Gb3), a neutral glycosphingolipid expressed mainly on the surface of B cell populations, such as germinal center B cells and Burkitt's lymphoma cells.
靶标信息
The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the transfer of galactose to lactosylceramide to form globotriaosylceramide, which has been identified as the P(k) antigen of the P blood group system. The encoded protein, which is a type II membrane protein found in the Golgi, is also required for the synthesis of the bacterial verotoxins receptor.
