AAV12 Virus VP1/2/3 Antibody (MA573935) in WB
Western blot analysis of AAV12 Virus VP1/2/3 in non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (10 µg). Samples were separated with 7.5% SDS-PAGE, incubated with AAV12 Virus VP1/2/3 Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA573935) at a dilution of 1:5,000 and detected with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody.

VP1 retains enzymatic activity necessary for intracellular trafficking. AAV12 is less characterized but is of interest for expanding the diversity of gene delivery vectors.
