AAV2 Virus VP1/2/3 Antibody (MA573900) in WB
Western blot analysis of AAV2 Virus VP1/2/3 in non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (10 µg). Samples were separated with 7.5% SDS-PAGE, incubated with AAV2 Virus VP1/2/3 Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA573900) at a dilution of 1:5,000 and detected with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody and Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
