C15orf44 Antibody (A303-576A) in IP
Detection of human C15orf44 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-C15orf44 antibody (Product # A303-576A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. C15orf44 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-C15orf44 antibody BL12732, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated C15orf44, BL12732 was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
