CCL28 Antibody (MA5-55718) in WB
Western blot analysis of CCL28 in 25 ng of recombinant human CCL28 . Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CCL28 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary CCL28 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55718) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

MEC is a secreted CC chemokine expressed primarily by epithelial cells of the bronchioles, salivary gland, mammary gland and colon. MEC signals through the CCR10 receptor, and chemoattracts resting CD4, CD8 T-cells and eosinophils. MEC contains six cysteines, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
