CD160 Antibody (CF809688) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CD160 (RC204886, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CD160. Positive lysates LY402084 (100 µg) and LC402084 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

CD160 is a receptor showing broad specificity for both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules. CD160 is expressed at the cell surface as a tightly disulfide-linked multimer. It is involved in cell proliferation, cell surface receptor signaling pathways, cellular defense response, and regulation of immune response.
