CHCHD10 Antibody (PA5-143955) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CHCHD10 in Caco-2 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in CHCHD10 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143955) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. ICC/IF: CACO-2 cell. Flow: THP-1 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

CHCHD10 encodes a mitochondrial protein that is enriched at cristae junctions in the intermembrane space. It may play a role in cristae morphology maintenance or oxidative phosphorylation. Mutations in this gene cause frontotemporal dementia and/or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis-2. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. Related pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 7 and 19.
