CLASP1 Antibody (MA5-49552) in WB
Western blot analysis of CLASP1 in various protein samples. Samples were incubated with CLASP1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49552) with a dilution of 1 µg/mL, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG secondary antibody. Clasp1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 µg of U-937 lysate; Lane 2: 15 µg of K-562 lysate; Lane 3: 15 µg of rat heart tissue lysate. Result: MA5-49552 can detect Clasp1 by Western blotting.
