Immunocytochemistry analysis of CLK3 in HeLa cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Samples were incubated with CLK3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-77918) using a dilution of 1:500 (green). Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
