COG6 Antibody (A305-607A-T) in WB
Detection of human and mouse COG6 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 µg) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-COG6 antibody A305-607A-M (lot A305-607A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

This gene encodes a subunit of the conserved oligomeric Golgi complex that is required for maintaining normal structure and activity of the Golgi apparatus. The encoded protein is organized with conserved oligomeric Golgi complex components 5, 7 and 8 into a sub-complex referred to as lobe B. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
