CSDC2 Antibody (PA5-81160) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of CSDC2 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CSDC2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81160, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.

RNA-binding factor which binds specifically to the very 3'-UTR ends of both histone H1 and H3.3 mRNAs, encompassing the polyadenylation signal. Might play a central role in the negative regulation of histone variant synthesis in the developing brain.
