Calpain 2 Antibody (PA5-17494) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti-Calpain 2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-17494) and a 76 kDa band corresponding to Calpain 2 was observed in C2C12, DU 145, NIH/3T3, A-431 and PC-3, but not in Jurkat and Daudi which are reported to be negative.
