DHRS2 Antibody (PA5-32128) in ICC/IF
DHRS2 Polyclonal Antibody detects DHRS2 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Hep G2 cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37oC for 30 min. Green: DHRS2 protein stained by DHRS2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-32128) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining. Scale bar = 10 µm.

DHRS2 displays NADPH-dependent dicarbonyl reductase activity in vitro with 3,4-Hexanedione, 2,3-Heptanedione and 1-Phenyl-1,2-propanedione as substrates. DHRS2 do not reductase activity is displayed in vitro with steroids, retinoids and sugars as substrates. This protein may inhibit cell replication.
