Western blot analysis of DNASE1L1 in whole cell lysate using 30 µg of protein. Samples were separated with 12% SDS-PAGE and incubated with DNASE1L1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-77944) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.

DNASE1L1 encodes a deoxyribonuclease protein that shows high sequence similarity to DNase I. The encoded protein is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and modified by N-linked glycosylation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants encoding the same protein have been observed.
