65146 is a mixture of monoclonal antibodies that target Desmoplakin 1/2 Multiepitope.

Specificity: distinct punctate membrane staining of different epithelia and the aerea composite of the myocard. Tumors specifically detected: Primary and metastatic cancer; meningioma. Polypeptides reacting: Desmoplakins 1 and 2 (MW 250.000 and 215.000)Tested cultured cell lines: Several human carcinoma cell lines: A-431, BMGE, MDCK.

靶标信息

Desmoplakin (DSP) is a major high molecular weight protein of the desmosomes. It is involved in the organization of the desmosomal cadherin-plakoglobin complexes into discrete plasma membrane domains and in the anchoring of intermediate filaments to the desmosomes. Desmoplakin mutations are associated with Keratoderma and cardiomyopathy.
