ERO1LB Antibody (PA5-25142) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ERO1LB in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse testis tissue. Samples were incubated with ERO1LB polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25142) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
ERO1LB is essential oxidoreductase that oxidizes proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum to produce disulfide bonds. ERO1LB acts by oxidizing directly P4HB/PDI isomerase through a direct disulfide exchange. ERO1LB does not act as a direct oxidant of folding substrate, but relies on P4HB/PDI to transfer oxidizing equivalent.
